1. The promotion applies to any new meetings and events with ten (10) or more paid guestrooms which are booked for at least one night and with a minimum function room spend (collectively, "Eligible Event"), with 30% deposit paid under an eligible event agreement by 31st December 2026 ("Promotional Period") and held at any Shangri-La hotels, Traders Hotel, Kerry Hotel, JEN hotel. Under the promotion, the client will be able to enjoy benefits below.

2. Qualified Event Spending are those spending as itemized in an event agreement, including room spend at Event Qualifying Room Rates, function room rental related catering, and meeting and conference packages, but excluding any expenses payable to third-party suppliers, taxes, gratuities, resort fees and service charges.

3. The promotion is only valid for new bookings created during the Promotional Period. It applies to all eligible bookings, including bookings by travel agents another qualifying third parties at a commissionable rate. The promotion is not available for customers with pre-negotiated rates or agreements, such as special corporate-rate agreements.

4. The promotion must be referenced at the start of the negotiation process with the relevant hotel to qualify as an Eligible Event. It is subject to room and function space availability at the relevant hotel and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions. The promotion may not be available during periods of peak demand. Blackout dates may apply.
